Meet the CPA

David Rivas started his professional career in client service and business development. As Audience Development Director of the Atlanta Business Chronicle, he oversaw the strategic growth of subscribers and managed a multi-million dollar departmental budget. In early 2020, David embarked on a new career in public accounting, joining Moore Colson CPAs and Advisors - an Inside Public Accounting “Best of the Best” and “Top 200” CPA firm with more than 125 accounting professionals. After three years in public accounting, David opened his own CPA practice dedicated to excellent client service and expert tax assistance to individuals and small businesses. 

David received Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Accounting degrees from Western Governors University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with the Georgia State Board of Accountancy.
